Welcome! You are here because you have purchased or have been assigned a Group or Group Leader role. As a Group Leader, you have access to the CCA Groups Dashboard, where you can manage your learners, track progress, and access course materials.
User Guide
This guide walks you through everything you need to know. Click each title below to read the documentation.
- Go to the groups dashboard page.
- Select your group from the list to open the main management screen.
(Note: Depending on your purchased package, your group may have a seat limit.)
- To Add Learners
- Click the Enroll New User button below.
- Enter the learner’s first name, last name, and email.
- Click Submit.
- The learner will receive an email with login instructions (unless they already have an account).
- To Remove Learners
- Go to Users.
- Hover over the learner’s name.
- Click Remove From Group.
- Resetting a Learners Progress
- If a learner needs a fresh start:
- Go to Progress.
- Hover over the learner’s course row.
- Click Reset Progress. (This resets only their progress—not the entire group.)
- If a learner needs a fresh start:
- On your group’s dashboard, click Progress.
- You will see:
- Each learner enrolled in your group
- Their course completion percentages
- Quiz scores (where applicable)
As a Group Leader, you can access all course lessons and topics.
